Standard shipping costs inside The Netherlands with TNT-post are € 6.20 for parcels of 0-10kg.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Normally your order will be dispatched within 3 working days after your payment has been received.

At what time of the day will the delivery take place?
Netherlands:
TNT-Post parcel post delivers on working days between 9.00 and 20.00. If you are not at home when your order is delivered, the delivery service will leave a message with further details. In most cases your order will be delivered again, or you can pick it up yourself at the central depot.
Other counties:

What should I do if it takes too long before I receive my order?

What should I do if the delivered goods are damaged?
You are obliged to inspect the products thoroughly and immediately after delivery. In the case of any damage and/or missing parts in the product(s) you should refuse the delivery and contact Adriesdolls as soon as possible. Non-visible damage/missing parts that you could not have detected upon delivery must be reported in writing to Adriesdolls as soon as possible (within 14 days).

Welke betalingsmogelijkheden zijn er voor het bestellen van producten?

Hoe lang duurt het voordat mijn bestelling wordt verstuurd?
In de regel zal uw bestelling binnen 3 werkdagen nadat uw betaling is ontvangen worden aangeboden ter verzending.
Kan ik de status van mijn bestelling tijdens de verzending volgen?
Voor bestellingen die via UPS worden verzonden kunt u terecht op deze pagina. Voor met TNT verzonden bestellingen kunt u op pagina terecht.
Op welk tijdstip wordt mijn bestelling (thuis)bezorgd?
Nederland:
TNT-Post pakketdienst bezorgt elke werkdag tussen 9.00 uur en 20.00 uur. Als de bezorger u niet thuis aantreft, zal hij een bericht achterlaten met daarop nadere informatie. In de meeste gevallen wordt uw bestelling opnieuw aangeboden, of kunt u het zelf ophalen bij het postkantoor.

Wat te doen als het te lang duurt voordat ik mijn bestelling krijg?
