Which paying methods can be used to order products?

You can pay online safely using creditcard through Paypal. For Adriesdolls, these secured paying methods are handled by Paypal ( www.paypal.com ), so that you are assured of the protection of your personal data.

You can also transfer the invoice amount to Adriesdolls yourself, mentioning the order number with your transfer. Your order will be shipped as soon as your payment has been received by Adriesdolls.


What are the shipping costs inside The Netherlands?

Standard shipping costs inside The Netherlands with PostNL are € 6,75 for parcels of 0-10kg.

All UPS rates will be called up ‘live’ with UPS during check out procedure.


What are the shipping costs outside The Netherlands?

For shipping abroad special rates apply. We offer many options for shipping, actually too many to list. During check out all available options will be shown.

I have placed an order, when will it be shipped?
Your order will be shipped within 3 working days after your payment has been received. Though generally we will ship within one working day. So in case you decide to pay by bank or pay manually by Paypal, we will only ship as soon as your payment has been credited to our account.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Shipping times with PostNL (as a reference only):
The Netherlands, Belgium.

1 day.
Germany, UK, Denmark, France.

2-3 days.
Spain, Italy, Poland.

5-7 days.
Australia, USA, Canada, Brazil, South-Africa.

5-18 days, depending on local Customs.

Shipping with UPS will generally take only a few days.


Can I monitor my order status during shipping?

As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Within this e-mail you will find a tracking number and a link to the tracking website.

What should I do if it takes too long before I receive my order?

Any expected delays will be communicated to you by e-mail, telephone or in writing. If your order has not arrived contrary to your expectations, please contact Adriesdolls by e-mail: sales@adriesdolls.com or fill in the contact us form on our information page.

Can I order a product at the website if I want to pick it up at the store?

No, the online store is solely meant for the shipping of orders.

How do I receive my invoice?

As soon as you completed and paid your order, an e-mail will be send with an order confirmation and an invoice. You can always find invoices of all your previous orders in your "order history"; just log in to the website and go to "order history" on the right.
Most of the time we will also put a printed copy of the invoice with your order.

Can I see your prices in a different currency?

On the top of our site you can select several different currencies. Base currency is Euro. (€)
Other currency rates are based on our Euro so they will differ from day to day as currencies fluctuate. Rates are taken daily from the European Central Bank.

Can orders also be shipped to countries outside The European Union?

Yes, Adriesdolls ships worldwide.

What should I do if the delivered goods are damaged?

You are obliged to inspect the products thoroughly and immediately after delivery. In the case of any damage and/or missing parts in the product(s) you should refuse the delivery and contact Adriesdolls as soon as possible. Non-visible damage / missing parts that you could not have detected upon delivery must be reported in writing to Adriesdolls as soon as possible (within 14 days).
