Shine Remover was designed to correct any shine. Sometime when using THICK mixtures and with some mediums, it can create a dewy look or add shine. Mixtures with a ratio of Paint to water 1/7 I would suggest using a drop of Matting agent or Shine Remover. Ultimate Fusion can give a glow to the skin, some use a drop in each of their washes for an overall matter skin effect. You could also add a drop of Shine remover to get a similar effect. Many have had no shine issues and enjoy using Ultimate Fusion without the need for this product. You can use this product to add to paint colours and mediums.
