Size: 12ml.
1 part paint to 4 parts water. Use Ultimate Fusion Detail brush to apply the paint in short fine strokes, toward the middle of the eyebrow. You can add more water or more paint to suit your preferences. I always use two colours to add depth. Use a lighter shade to highlight some strokes.
